You can receive up to $15,000 in Boost Your Company Technology grants to consult on technology that will help your business grow. What Is CDAP?
The Canada Digital Adoption Program is known as CDAP. It strives to digitize small to medium-sized businesses competitively. Where they will help gain access to digital technologies, resources, and knowledge.
Canadian business practices have changed. Small and medium-sized enterprises must adopt new digital tools if they want to expand and remain competitive.
The Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) and a qualified CDAP Digital Advisor can help your company get online, improve its online presence, or digitally transform its internal processes. Young Canadians can access training and employment opportunities through CDAP, in addition to funding and support for enterprises.
How Does CDAP Works?
Businesses can sign up through qualified CDAP Digital Advisors to participate in this initiative. Applications will be reviewed and approved as a starting point for the CDAP Marketplace Selected SMEs can then select the Digital Advisor.
They may agree to the terms of their employment and more in return. For transition and journey support, the advisor will suggest a solution and a path. The SME will finally upload the plan and receive the grant.
What Does CDAP Cover?
Items directly related to the digital plan are covered under the loan. Examples include:
- Purchase of IT hardware
- Installing modern technology
- Upgrading and expanding IT infrastructure
- Educating employees about the technology adopted
- Resources and support directly tied to integrating technology
- Additional advice on specific elements of a digital adoption plan
